Debbie and I had prayer, showered, shaved, and got dressed for the temple.  Debbie made toast with avocado and I had toast with crunchy peanut butter.  We drove to the Saratoga Springs Temple and attended an endowment session and sealing session for family file names.  Afterwards I filled the Subaru with gas; we went by the drycleaners and picked up two suits and dropped off a pair of brown dress paints I just got out of the cleaners but got grease or oil from food over the past weekend.  We took the Subaru to Doug  Smith Subaru and got the oil changed.  Next time will be 150, 000 mile major service.  Debbie and I walked over to Zupa's and had lunch, soup, salad, and a sandwich while waiting to get the SUV serviced.  When we got home I took the Land Rover and filled it with gas.  Matthew called and wants me to drive up the cabin and check the clothes dryer this evening.  Pat is came over and borrowed the 3 outdoor heaters.  Anndalyn is having a group over to their home and plans to sit in the hot tub.  I helped him get them in the back of his pickup truck.  After Patt left I drove up to the cabin.  Matthew asked me to check on the clothes dryer.  The housecleaning service could not get the dryer to work.  The towels were still wet.  I pulled the dryer back from the wall and put the outlet vent pushing air and lint into the garage using cardboard tubing.  I ran the dryer through 3 or 4 cycles of the same towels and washcloths without the dryer cutting off as it had when connected to the back wall vent outlet, but it left the larger towels damp, not dry.  So I hung them on the doors, washer, and dryer.  The ones I was able to get dried I folded and put on the couch.  I called and face-timed Matt.  I got home about 10:30 pm.  Debbie and I had prayer before going to bed.

 21 Jun 2024, Friday Priorit ized Daily Task  St Peter Port, Quersney 10:30 pm - David Knight, H ypnotist in Coral Theather (Eric was part of the group to be hypnotised)  I was up at 5 am, had prayer, got dressed, and went down to the 6th deck at 5:40 am.  There were 3 or 4 people already waiting to get the first tender tickets for their families to get off the boat this morning.  The Royal Caribbean crew started giving out tickets before 6 am.  I got 12 tickets, came back to our cabin, and went back to bed.  Later when Debbie was getting ready to meet our group and before she left, we had prayer together.  The family went to breakfast and I slept until everyone was getting on the tender to so in to the Island of Guernsey.  27 Mar 2024, Wednesday Priorit ized Daily Task 11am - Dermatologist, James Macdonald in Lehi 5 pm - Debbie is taking Max to dinner for his birthday We slept in, had prayer, showered, and shaved.  I tried calling the phone number that called me yesterday evening regarding my lost suitcase by Allegiant Airlines but it was someone's personal phone number that works for Allegiant who was working from home.  I called Allegiant Airline for lost luggage at (866) 719-3910.  Their office does not open until 9 AM PST. Later Debbie and I had prayer and I went to see Dr. Macdonald.  I worked on information for the meeting with Matt McCleary on April 1st.  I went with Debbie to take Max to In and Out for fries and milkshake and then to a movie for his 10th birthday.  Afterward, we took him home.  His dad, Jared Hobbs, and brother Jack were home.  I called the main office of Allegiant Airlines for Baggage claims at 866-719-3910.  They told ...

 27 Jul 2024, Saturday Priorit ized Daily Task  6 pm - take Debbie, Tylee, Jami, and Libby to SLC Airport to catch a flight  to LAX at 8:05 pm and then to Fiji Airlines  on Jet Blue Airline Note:  “God gathers, Satan divides, and Christ unites” Note:  (This is a story I have kept for years.  It has a moral, and I hope it has meaning to you)  Our house was directly across the street from the clinic entrance of Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. We lived downstairs and rented the upstairs rooms to outpatients at the clinic. One summer evening as I was fixing supper, there was a knock at the door. I opened it to see a truly awful-looking man. “Why, he’s hardly taller than my eight-year-old,” I thought as I stared at the stooped, shriveled body.
