 18 May 2024, Saturday Priorit ized Daily Task 1:25 pm - Abbey state tournament, Track and Field 4X100 5:00 pm - BOQ at Lehi 7th Ward Note:   In my personal history, My First Years on Earth, which I wrote in 2007 covering about 44 years.  I left out a person I want to add, Henry Austin Powell.  I started consistently keeping a daily journal in 1978 and improved as the years passed.   Our family moved from Broad Street in Old Town in Tallapoosa, Haralson County Georgia, to Pleasant Hill Community, a distance of about 4 miles in 1953.   Henry was born on 24 Jan 1890 and died on 14 March 1973.  He married Victoria Davis, my Grandmother Laura Smith McAlpin’s niece.  Henry and Victoria had two children, Emett Leon who died of Polio at the age of 28, and his sister, Ora Jane, who my sister Ora was named after.  She was a beautiful lady and married Luther Bradley.  I saw pictures of them when they were in high school.  They were a hamson couple but never had children.  Henry Powell’s farm bor

 16 May 2024, Thursday Priorit ized Daily Task 9:00 am - Debbie's surgery on nodes that are smaller than polyps in her nasal cavity  at Revere Health in American Fork EA+, Emergency Assistance Plus insurance annual premium went up again.  I tried to cancel online but my username and password were not accepted.  I called 866-816-2073 and spoke to Sofia, who has family in Holiday, UT.  I canceled my policy, ID number 04-7503372623 for me and my wife.  I tried using it a few years ago but was told my policy does not cover that situation.   I had let it ride but when I got a notice that the premium was going up again, I just decided now was the time to cancel.  We were up at 6:30 am, had prayer, and got ready for the day.  I took Debbie to the Revere Health Clinic in American Fork at 9 am.  Dr. Hamilton did the surgery.   I went in at noon and checked her out.  We stopped at Costco pharmacy and picked up her prescription.   I talked to Dan Truitt and he is getting Mr. Hudson, the plumb

 15 May 2024, Wednesday Priorit ized Daily Task Note:  Question to ask an atheist:  Describe the God you don't believe in.  Chances are it will be a god you and I don't believe in either.  (Asking him to describe a god he does not believe in will cause him to think.  He will have to have heard something about him that he does not like and/or does not approve of.   It will open the door for you to tell him of a God who loves him and is more just and fair than he gives him credit for.   Debbie and I both slept in this morning.  I had prayer.  Jody spent the night with us last night and this morning she and Debbie went for a walk.  Later Debbie went to get her blood drawn for lab work on her lymph nodes.  Jody and I had breakfast and listened to Unshaken, Come Follow Me with Jared Halverson's podcast.  Samantha has an infection and the doctors cannot take out her large gallstones until they get the infection down.  I answered  Royal Caribbean survey about the cruise we just to

 14 May 2024, Tuesday Priorit ized Daily Task 6:15 am Depart SAN on Delta Airlines Cofirmation No.  G7SXBH 9:22 am Arrive SLC -   Delta Flt. 2645  Uber home; 11:30 am, Brad Gale PA, (wore Matt's stretch socks today for swollen legs, got an ultrasound at Revier clinic on both legs - ";;no blood clots"; Tesla dealership, bought 2 more key cards, gave one to Debbie and asked her to keep it safe and not with her phone in case she loses her phone tesla key she can still drive the Tesla.  I told her no one is to drive the Tesla except Matthew, Michael, you, and me.  Tesla. charged me $40 for the two key cards; Debbie drove the Land Rover because Tylee borrowed the Subaru and has not returned it yet.  Debbie and I logged in worked on the cruise and tour to Europe with Matthew, Melodie, the girls, Elain, Ernie, Lori Lynn, and Vickie.  Debbie and I had prayer before going to bed.  I am tired and starting to get a cold.

13 May 2024,  Monday Priorit ized Daily Task Breakfast I had prayer and broke my fast this morning.  I. sent Jake Lively, my great nephew, a happy 23rd birthday text for yesterday.  I showered and got ready for the day.  Debbie and I had prayer together.  Rae Lynn called and Owen's flight leaves at 10 am instead of 11 am.  Matthew woke him.  I used Matt's Tesla and took Owen to catch his Alaska flight 2070.  I had to get him a boarding pass and complete an Alaska Guardian Contract Form.  It cost $75 but allowed me to go with Owen through security.  I bought us both a bacon, cheese, and egg breakfast sandwich.   I waited with him at the gate until someone from Alaska Airlines came and took him on. the plane.  I waited until after the plane took off before I left the airport.  I sent Rae Lynn, Brett, Matthew, Melodie, and Debbie's pictures.   When I got home Melodie had bought some groceries.  She brought me some crunchy peanut butter and English muffins.  Later I went for a

10 May 2024, Friday Priorit ized Daily Task Port of Costa Maya, Mexico 7:30 am - 2:30 pm Family Prayer 6:30 BREAKFAST 7:30 AM Chacchoben Mayan Ruins and Bacalar Lagoon with Mexican Lunch 3:30 pm - sail by the island of Cuba 5:45 Imagination Cuisine-Wonderland, Deck 12, Aft 7:30 Show: the Effectors- Royal Theater, Deck 4 forward Family Prayer-Devotional We docked this morning at the port of Costa Maya, Mexico.  It's dock was the most developed for tourists we have been to.  Debbie and I had prayer this morning, showered, and shaved.  We gave Izza our breakfast order last night and our genie had breakfast brought ot our room at 6:30 am.  We had prayer and blessed the food.  Melodie came up for breakfast and we left about 7 am to meet our genie.  There was some breakdown in communications and we missed our excursion to Bacalar Lagoon.  They did arrange for us to see the Chacchoben Mayan Ruins.  The children were disappointed but we were able to spend more time at the ruins.  Our guide

He went with us to catch our shuttle to swim with the dolphins.  We took a 10-minute shuttle ride to the dolphin park.  We had tickets to swim with the dolphins, kayaking, and snorkeling.  I took pictures, watched the girl's purses, bags, and clothes, and did not get in the water.  I had a ticket for all the events and was able to travel around inside the resort.  We also had lunch at the Dolman Resort.  We sent pictures to the children back home.  The children wanted
