Phil Davis, Alpha Graphics,    8018972679•Mobile   (801) 653-2428•Home     309 E State St,  American Fork, UT 84003-2556 Up at 6:30 am, had personal prayer, and later when Debbie got up, we had prayer together.  I talked to Phil Davis on the phone.  I dropped the 2023 journal at Alph Graphics in American Fork.  Phil Davis is the owner.  I took Micael's F-150 2018 Ford pickup truck to Dent Master and Cascade Collision Repair to get a quote on repairing the rear bumper.  Dent Master quote was $3,028.50.  Cascade is sending their quote to Michael's email.  I went to the Legacy Center and exercised for about 40 minutes.  I drove over and picked up my dress pants from the cleaners.  I  went by SubZero and

 30 Jan 2024, Tuesday Priorit ized Daily Task Michael and Matthew - Nursing home agreement with Andy Tax covenant with 1/2 of the 60 acres in Haralson County 12:00 Noon - appointment at home in Lehi with Scott Edwards and Eric Pierce,  with Rovin Capital, 2801 Thanksgiving Way, Suite 190, Lehi, UT  Eric is not who I first thought he was, the investment broker who spends every Friday with his father.  He is not; Eric took over Dudley Probert's accounts when he retired.    (Dudley Probert was Amy Truitt Kelly's friend) I got up at 8 a.m. and had prayer, Michale left for the gym before 8:30 am.  Debbie and I had prayer and I worked on spray painting the Govee Rigbic Permanent Outdoor Lights.  At 12 noon I took a break when Eric Pierce and Scott Edwards from Rovin Capital arrived.  They went over some of the things they thought we may be interested in, private equity investment, private real estate, etc.  Micahel came home while they were still here and they talked.  Michael works

 29 Jan 2024, Monday Priorit ized Daily Task Deposit monthly check and pay Royal Carbiabann  for two trips this year 11:00 am - Haircut at Great Clips in Lehi Exercise at Legacy Center Michael and Autumn at the house in Lehi at 2:30 pm 7:41 PM - Pick Debbie up at SLC Airport; she and Karlene return from "SAC" Sacramento, CA to SLC  they fly in on Delta flight 768     I got up at 4:30 a.m., had prayer, dressed, collected all the trash and garbage in the house, and took it out to the street.  I still need help to download my 2023 blogger journal in a format to be printed.  I worked on paying Royal Caribbean Cruise Line for two trips this summer.  I paid the remaining balance for the Rayan Caribbean cruise and Air2Sea on May 5th-12th, 2024 for Madeline, Bella, Maggie, Owen, Debbie, and me, $37.484.01.  I used the Capital One Visa card for $25,000 and my Citi Visa card for $12,484.01.  I still have the cruise on Jewell of the Sea sailing Jun. 11th-23rd.  It was booked through Exp

 24 Jan 2024, Wednesday Priorit ized Daily Task 10:15 a.m. - Appointment with Brad Gale, P.A. at Family Practice Debbie and I had prayer, I took a quick shower and got ready for my doctor's appointment.  I read and worked on paying bills, etc.  I am fasting this morning before the drawing of blood,  I went to Premier Family Medical at 10:15 a.m.  I saw Brad Gale PA for my annual physical.  He said I was in excellent health and asked if I would send him a copy of my Quest (Inside Tracker) blood lab report.  I asked Inside Tracker to send it to him.  When I got home I tried to call Inside Tracker but no answer.  I tried to request that they send Brad Gale the Lab Report, but it would not accept my request.  I left a message and tried to Chat online but could not send a message for the help I needed.  Michael emailed me a Renewal Express temporary registration for the Land Rover, good to Feb. 23rd.  I printed it and put it in the glove box.  Debbie washed and dried clothes.  We had di

 21 Jan 2024, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Task Mackay Hobbs' 10th Birthday James Leonard McAlpin's 80th Birthday 9 am Lehi 7th Ward's Sacrament Meeting 10:30 am Abbington Memory Service Church services I woke early, had prayer, showered, shaved, got dressed, and at 8 a.m. drove to the church and started setting up chairs for services in the building today.  At 8:30 a.m. a group of Elders came and completed the job while I had a priesthood interview with Cody Leathham to report on Jane and Mark Haws, Glenn and Wendy Smith, Neil and Ann Reay.  I did not have anything to report on Nathan Haws.  Glenn is terminal with cancer but ha and Wendy are still planning to go to Australia and New Zealand.  I drove back home to pick Debbie up.  Matthew, Bella, Michael, Alex, and Rae Lynn all came to church with us today.  After Sacrament Alex came with me and Debbie to Abbington Memory Center to set up for church services.  Michael and the others came back home and started dinner.  After ch

 18 Jan 2024, Thursday Priorit ized Daily Task Park City Ski Resort - ski most of the day with Matthew, Rae Lynn, Bella, and Brody (take pictures) I was up early this morning, had prayer, and later had prayer with Debbie. Jason Plow came by early and plowed out the drive.  We had breakfast at McDonalds and drove up to Park City.  I used Matthew's old skis and boots.  Rae Lynn used her snowboard and rented snow boots.  I bought a ski pass.  One of the latches on my boots was broken but it did not make any difference no better or faster than I ski.  I switched skies and poles this morning.  We got it straightened out before leaving this afternoon.  My skiing days are getting shorter all the time.  Rae Lynn and I started skiing at about 10:00 a.m.  I skied with Matthew, Bella, Rae Lyunn, and Brody until about 2 p.m. when I decided it was time to start down.  Matt helped me get down.  My left leg was not giving me much support in turns and my snowplowing was tiring both legs and hips. 

17 Jan 2024, Wednesday Priorit ized Daily Task 8:52 pm - Pick up Matthew, Bella, Rae Lynn, and Broady at Provo Airport, they are coming in on Breeze Airlines from SNA pack to spend the night at the cabin in Heber Treat hiking boots for snow and water Josephine Em Traveller (they are going to call her Josie) was born today about 12 noon at Timpanogos Regional Hospital in Orem, Utah County, UT.  She weighed 8 lbs. 4 oz. and was 20 in. long. The mother is Samantha "Sam" Gourley, the father is Tyler, the grandparents are George and Laura Gourley, and the Great-gradndmother is Debbie McAlpin Debbie and I had prayer, showered, and got ready for the day.  I started packing to spend the night at the cabin tonight and skiing tomorrow with Matthew, Bella, Rae Lynn, and Brody.  It snowed last night and is snowing today.  I used the snowblower and shovel to remove the snow from the drive and walk this morning.  Debbie fixed or made brunch; I sent an email to "Sudip", Nirdos Kad

 16 Jan 20224, Tuesday Priorit ized Daily Task 9:45 a.m. - Sataroga Springs Temple endowment session 12:00 noon - Sataroga Springs Temple sealing session 2:00 pm - Michael to Provo Airport for flight back to Orange County Debbie and I had prayer together and I went to the Saratoga Springs Temple and did an endowment and sealing session.  When we got home Michael was back.  He took a shower and got ready.  I took him to the SLC Airport.  When I got home home Debbie had a late breakfast, lunch, and early dinner.  Debbie went shopping today and picked up things for Bella's 11th birthday on Friday, a cake she is making, and a water bottle from Starbucks.  Debbie and I studied and watched some TV before having prayer and going to bed a little after 11 p.m.
