Michael and Matthew - Nursing home agreement with Andy

Tax covenant with 1/2 of the 60 acres in Haralson County

12:00 Noon - appointment at home in Lehi with Scott Edwards and Eric Pierce,  with Rovin Capital, 2801 Thanksgiving Way, Suite 190, Lehi, UT  Eric is not who I first thought he was, the investment broker who spends every Friday with his father.  He is not; Eric took over Dudley Probert's accounts when he retired.  (Dudley Probert was Amy Truitt Kelly's friend)

I got up at 8 a.m. and had prayer, Michale left for the gym before 8:30 am.  Debbie and I had prayer and I worked on spray painting the Govee Rigbic Permanent Outdoor Lights.  At 12 noon I took a break when Eric Pierce and Scott Edwards from Rovin Capital arrived.  They went over some of the things they thought we may be interested in, private equity investment, private real estate, etc.  Micahel came home while they were still here and they talked.  Michael works for a private equity firm that pays investors better than they offer.  They took Michael's phone number and want to know more.  Debbie and I took Michael to T, Tucanos Brazilian Restaurant in Orem for lunch.  Afterward, we dropped him off at the Provo Airport to fly back home.  Debbie and I stopped and got the car washed again from yesterday.  I told the girl at the Quack Quack car wash and she sent the car wash to extra mud.  We stopped at Home Depot and I returned a roll of brown paper I did not use in spray painting the white eeteria permanent lighting.  I bought another can of brown spray paint.  When we got home I worked on painting the white wires brown until it was dark.  Debbie found some acetone to remove the brown spray paint from my hands.  Later Tylee brought her dress over for Debbie to work on.  When Tylee went home Debbie and I watched a movie on TV.  I ordered 16 copies of Thoughts and Quotes 2023, Leonard and Deborah.  Working with Michael I have my 2023 Journal downloaded on a thumb drive to have Phil Davis at Alphagraphics to print in a book hardcover.  Debbie and I had prayer before going to bed.

 21 Jun 2024, Friday Priorit ized Daily Task  St Peter Port, Quersney 10:30 pm - David Knight, H ypnotist in Coral Theather (Eric was part of the group to be hypnotised)  I was up at 5 am, had prayer, got dressed, and went down to the 6th deck at 5:40 am.  There were 3 or 4 people already waiting to get the first tender tickets for their families to get off the boat this morning.  The Royal Caribbean crew started giving out tickets before 6 am.  I got 12 tickets, came back to our cabin, and went back to bed.  Later when Debbie was getting ready to meet our group and before she left, we had prayer together.  The family went to breakfast and I slept until everyone was getting on the tender to so in to the Island of Guernsey.  27 Mar 2024, Wednesday Priorit ized Daily Task 11am - Dermatologist, James Macdonald in Lehi 5 pm - Debbie is taking Max to dinner for his birthday We slept in, had prayer, showered, and shaved.  I tried calling the phone number that called me yesterday evening regarding my lost suitcase by Allegiant Airlines but it was someone's personal phone number that works for Allegiant who was working from home.  I called Allegiant Airline for lost luggage at (866) 719-3910.  Their office does not open until 9 AM PST. Later Debbie and I had prayer and I went to see Dr. Macdonald.  I worked on information for the meeting with Matt McCleary on April 1st.  I went with Debbie to take Max to In and Out for fries and milkshake and then to a movie for his 10th birthday.  Afterward, we took him home.  His dad, Jared Hobbs, and brother Jack were home.  I called the main office of Allegiant Airlines for Baggage claims at 866-719-3910.  They told ...

 27 Jul 2024, Saturday Priorit ized Daily Task  6 pm - take Debbie, Tylee, Jami, and Libby to SLC Airport to catch a flight  to LAX at 8:05 pm and then to Fiji Airlines  on Jet Blue Airline Note:  “God gathers, Satan divides, and Christ unites” Note:  (This is a story I have kept for years.  It has a moral, and I hope it has meaning to you)  Our house was directly across the street from the clinic entrance of Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. We lived downstairs and rented the upstairs rooms to outpatients at the clinic. One summer evening as I was fixing supper, there was a knock at the door. I opened it to see a truly awful-looking man. “Why, he’s hardly taller than my eight-year-old,” I thought as I stared at the stooped, shriveled body. But the appalling thing was his face; it was lopsided from swelling and scarred, red, and raw. Yet his voice was pleasant as he said, “Good evening.
