Prioritized Daily Task

Debbie and I were up early, had prayer, showered, and shaved.  We got dressed and ate a quick breakfast before driving to the Saratoga Springs Temple at 7:30 am.  We attended an initiatory session at 7:45 am, an endowment session at 8 am, and a sealing session at 9:45 am.  Afterward, we dropped a load of items we donated to Deseret Industries.   We stopped at Home Depot and Michael's Art and Crafts.  I bought some items at Home Depot to attach the control panel for the permanent lighting to the soffit at the house.  Debbie bought some pink thread to work on Tylee's dress she is wearing to the Valentine's Dance.  I ordered a box of Famous Amos Cookies and a pack of generic Nexim pills for indigestion.  I talked to Jared and Matthew about the outdoor permanent lighting for the house.  Karlene, Debbie's sister, called and asked Debbie to be one of the 3 caregivers required for a kidney replacement transplant.  It is a big commitment but is necessary for Joe L. to get a kidney.  Karlene will be the primary caregiver, Nick, Joe L., and Karlene's son, will be one and Debbie will be the 3rd.  It will be for 4 weeks switching off staying with him at the hospital.  He may also need to have one of his thyroid glans removed and his pancreas not because of cancer.  The doctors removed all the cancer he had but removing his pancreas could solve his blood sugar problem.  When he is released from the hospital, he will be staying with us for a month to 5 weeks.   Debbie has been talking with her sister on and off all day.  Debbie and I took the painter's tape off the outdoor lights.  I connected them to electric power and they worked well.  Debbie and I watched a movie and listened to Come Follow Me, 2 Nephi with Jared Halverson.  Debbie worked on making the lea with $2 bills.   A lea for Gavin, Alexandra, and Samantha.  We had prayer together before going to bed.

 21 Jun 2024, Friday Priorit ized Daily Task  St Peter Port, Quersney 10:30 pm - David Knight, H ypnotist in Coral Theather (Eric was part of the group to be hypnotised)  I was up at 5 am, had prayer, got dressed, and went down to the 6th deck at 5:40 am.  There were 3 or 4 people already waiting to get the first tender tickets for their families to get off the boat this morning.  The Royal Caribbean crew started giving out tickets before 6 am.  I got 12 tickets, came back to our cabin, and went back to bed.  Later when Debbie was getting ready to meet our group and before she left, we had prayer together.  The family went to breakfast and I slept until everyone was getting on the tender to so in to the Island of Guernsey.  28 Jul 2024, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Task  8 am - set up chairs at Lehi 7th Ward Building 9 am - Sacrament meeting Lehi 7th Ward 10:15 am - Church at Abbington Memory Center I did not set an alarm but woke at 7 am refreshed.  My internal clock wakes me when I have got 7 to 8 hours of sleep.  I had my personal prayer, made the bed, got dressed, and was at the church building before 8 am.  I started setting up chairs in the overflow.  The first to arrive was brother Gary Pyne.   He has been a counselor in the Elder's Quorum Presidency but was released to serve on the stake high council.  When his meeting with the stake presidency and high council was finished he came over to the Lehi 7th Ward and helped me.  Later other brothers and some wives arrived.  We finished setting up chairs for the overflow, the Priesthood, the primary room, and the Relief Society room.  We were finished by 8:50 am.  Our new stake president ...

 27 Mar 2024, Wednesday Priorit ized Daily Task 11am - Dermatologist, James Macdonald in Lehi 5 pm - Debbie is taking Max to dinner for his birthday We slept in, had prayer, showered, and shaved.  I tried calling the phone number that called me yesterday evening regarding my lost suitcase by Allegiant Airlines but it was someone's personal phone number that works for Allegiant who was working from home.  I called Allegiant Airline for lost luggage at (866) 719-3910.  Their office does not open until 9 AM PST. Later Debbie and I had prayer and I went to see Dr. Macdonald.  I worked on information for the meeting with Matt McCleary on April 1st.  I went with Debbie to take Max to In and Out for fries and milkshake and then to a movie for his 10th birthday.  Afterward, we took him home.  His dad, Jared Hobbs, and brother Jack were home.  I called the main office of Allegiant Airlines for Baggage claims at 866-719-3910.  They told ...
