Make plans with Melodie for entertainment and activities on the Cruise with the 12-year-olds next month

Note: President Henry B. Eyring and Elder Gerald Scott said in General Conference they had been praying for permission to speak and share with us things the Lord had revealed to them.  Sacred things should be handled sacred manner. 

I was up at 3:30 am and took the garbage to the street.  I had my personal prayer at 6:30 am and later had prayer with Debbie.  We got a text from Alex, she is not picking the Land Rover up today.  She is not taking her truck to Dent Master Repair until tomorrow.  Debbie and I took the Land Rover to Dent Master and left the key with Brandy, a girl, in the office.  Debbie and I rode up to Rovin Capital's office and Debbie left family information with Scott.  I called and sent Melodie a text about getting tickets and signing up for activities on our cruise next month.  Debbie and I went for a 2-mile walk around our neighborhood.  I went with Debbie to see Brad Gale, PA about her blood work and the swelling in her legs.  The swelling has gone down and tomorrow morning when she weighs, that weight will be her baseline.  If she goes over that number by two pounds she is to start back taking her medicine until the weight goes down to the baseline.  Debbie dropped me off at the Legacy Center for an hour.  She came back and brought me home.  I got a call from Matt McCleary, CPA's office, Dani Johnson said Matt is filing an extension for us for our 2023 taxes.  We have paid enough estimated taxes except for Utah.  We owe $8.500 we need to get paid before midnight.   After Debbie sent a payment directly from her bank account to the Utah State Tax Commission I talked to Matt and he reviewed what we have paid for 2023 and IRS, Idaho, Georgia, and now with the $8,500, we should be OK with Utah.  Debbie made a taco salad for dinner.  After dinner, we got ready for bed, had prayer, and watched a little TV.  We need to be at the Saratoga Springs Temple in the morning by 9am.

 21 Jun 2024, Friday Priorit ized Daily Task  St Peter Port, Quersney 10:30 pm - David Knight, H ypnotist in Coral Theather (Eric was part of the group to be hypnotised)  I was up at 5 am, had prayer, got dressed, and went down to the 6th deck at 5:40 am.  There were 3 or 4 people already waiting to get the first tender tickets for their families to get off the boat this morning.  The Royal Caribbean crew started giving out tickets before 6 am.  I got 12 tickets, came back to our cabin, and went back to bed.  Later when Debbie was getting ready to meet our group and before she left, we had prayer together.  The family went to breakfast and I slept until everyone was getting on the tender to so in to the Island of Guernsey.  27 Mar 2024, Wednesday Priorit ized Daily Task 11am - Dermatologist, James Macdonald in Lehi 5 pm - Debbie is taking Max to dinner for his birthday We slept in, had prayer, showered, and shaved.  I tried calling the phone number that called me yesterday evening regarding my lost suitcase by Allegiant Airlines but it was someone's personal phone number that works for Allegiant who was working from home.  I called Allegiant Airline for lost luggage at (866) 719-3910.  Their office does not open until 9 AM PST. Later Debbie and I had prayer and I went to see Dr. Macdonald.  I worked on information for the meeting with Matt McCleary on April 1st.  I went with Debbie to take Max to In and Out for fries and milkshake and then to a movie for his 10th birthday.  Afterward, we took him home.  His dad, Jared Hobbs, and brother Jack were home.  I called the main office of Allegiant Airlines for Baggage claims at 866-719-3910.  They told ...

 27 Jul 2024, Saturday Priorit ized Daily Task  6 pm - take Debbie, Tylee, Jami, and Libby to SLC Airport to catch a flight  to LAX at 8:05 pm and then to Fiji Airlines  on Jet Blue Airline Note:  “God gathers, Satan divides, and Christ unites” Note:  (This is a story I have kept for years.  It has a moral, and I hope it has meaning to you)  Our house was directly across the street from the clinic entrance of Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. We lived downstairs and rented the upstairs rooms to outpatients at the clinic. One summer evening as I was fixing supper, there was a knock at the door. I opened it to see a truly awful-looking man. “Why, he’s hardly taller than my eight-year-old,” I thought as I stared at the stooped, shriveled body. But the appalling thing was his face; it was lopsided from swelling and scarred, red, and raw. Yet his voice was pleasant as he said, “Good evening.
