11:15 am - Saratoga Springs Temple proxy endowment appointment

Thought Provoking Note: You love someone, or you don't understand them.  A mother loves her babies just as a father.  As they grow and become teenagers they change but you still love them even though you may not understand them.   It can be the same with a stranger, you should love them even though you don't understand them.  They are still your brother (or sister).

I had my personal prayer, studied scripture, Jacob 5, and worked on email, paying bills, and tithing.  I sent Kate Johnson a happy 19th birthday greeting.  I got an email from Michael and I called Eric and Scott with Rovin Capital.  Scott said he would call Michael.  I called and talked to Alex, my granddaughter, at BYU.  I am having dinner with her and Carter tomorrow evening.  I drove to the Saratoga Springs Temple.  I felt the Spirit of the Lord with me, guiding and directing.  I did proxy initiatory, an endowment session, and sealings of couples and children to parents.  I got home at about 3:30 pm.  I fixed and ate a late lunch or early dinner; and listened to so Come Follow Me, Jacob 5.  I tried to get in touch with Scott Stromberg, Electrician, about helping me run the permanent outside lights on the house.  I left him a message and tried to send him a text but it did not go through.  I called and talked to Jared and he is going to try and contact Soctt for me.  I talked to Jennifer and Dave Haygood this afternoon from the rehab section of the nursing home Dave is in.  I received several texts and pictures from Debbie in Portugal.  The pictures were sent in low density and I could not copy and paste them into my journal.  I watched and listened to more of Come Follow Me in this week's lesson in the Book of Mormon.  I watched some of the movie Rebel Moon with filters on it for violence and language.  I had prayer before going to bed about 10:30 pm.

 21 Jun 2024, Friday Priorit ized Daily Task  St Peter Port, Quersney 10:30 pm - David Knight, H ypnotist in Coral Theather (Eric was part of the group to be hypnotised)  I was up at 5 am, had prayer, got dressed, and went down to the 6th deck at 5:40 am.  There were 3 or 4 people already waiting to get the first tender tickets for their families to get off the boat this morning.  The Royal Caribbean crew started giving out tickets before 6 am.  I got 12 tickets, came back to our cabin, and went back to bed.  Later when Debbie was getting ready to meet our group and before she left, we had prayer together.  The family went to breakfast and I slept until everyone was getting on the tender to so in to the Island of Guernsey.  28 Jul 2024, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Task  8 am - set up chairs at Lehi 7th Ward Building 9 am - Sacrament meeting Lehi 7th Ward 10:15 am - Church at Abbington Memory Center I did not set an alarm but woke at 7 am refreshed.  My internal clock wakes me when I have got 7 to 8 hours of sleep.  I had my personal prayer, made the bed, got dressed, and was at the church building before 8 am.  I started setting up chairs in the overflow.  The first to arrive was brother Gary Pyne.   He has been a counselor in the Elder's Quorum Presidency but was released to serve on the stake high council.  When his meeting with the stake presidency and high council was finished he came over to the Lehi 7th Ward and helped me.  Later other brothers and some wives arrived.  We finished setting up chairs for the overflow, the Priesthood, the primary room, and the Relief Society room.  We were finished by 8:50 am.  Our new stake president ...

 27 Mar 2024, Wednesday Priorit ized Daily Task 11am - Dermatologist, James Macdonald in Lehi 5 pm - Debbie is taking Max to dinner for his birthday We slept in, had prayer, showered, and shaved.  I tried calling the phone number that called me yesterday evening regarding my lost suitcase by Allegiant Airlines but it was someone's personal phone number that works for Allegiant who was working from home.  I called Allegiant Airline for lost luggage at (866) 719-3910.  Their office does not open until 9 AM PST. Later Debbie and I had prayer and I went to see Dr. Macdonald.  I worked on information for the meeting with Matt McCleary on April 1st.  I went with Debbie to take Max to In and Out for fries and milkshake and then to a movie for his 10th birthday.  Afterward, we took him home.  His dad, Jared Hobbs, and brother Jack were home.  I called the main office of Allegiant Airlines for Baggage claims at 866-719-3910.  They told ...
