Family Prayer-devotional

Debbie and I were up early, I showered and shaved.  We had prayer before starting the day.  Melodie came up and when the children got ready we all went to breakfast.  At 9:10 am we met Izzy at the elevators on our floor. He went with us to catch our shuttle to swim with the dolphins.  We took a 10-minute shuttle ride to the dolphin park.  We had tickets to swim with the dolphins, kayaking, and snorkeling.  I took pictures, watched the girl's purses, bags, and clothes, and did not get in the water.  I had a ticket for all the events and was able to travel around inside the resort.  We also had lunch at the Dolman Resort.  We sent pictures to the children back home.  The children wanted to do some shopping in the resort stores.  Back on the ship, Izzy had hired a snack tray with Starbucks drinks.  Melodie asked the children to do some of their homework.  Owen said he did not come all this was to do homework.  He said he would catch up when he got back home.  Melodie wants them all to do some homework so they are not behind when they get back to school next week.   The children and everyone showered before we went to dinner at Izumi Hibachi at 7:15 pm.  The chef cooked on a grill that was part of the table we sat around.  He put on a show cooking and played games with the children to see if they could catch food in their mouths he threw on his spatula.  We took too long at the restaurant and missed the ice show tonight.  We got back to the room and Melodie met us for our family devotional that I taught.  It was on the plan of happiness or the plan of salvation.  I planned to show a video from Youtube but the internet went out as the video was starting.  It was much better for the children than the video would have been.  I was able to share my testimony to them and Debbie bore her testimony.  Melodie and the grandchildren know I love them.   Bella led in family prayer.  Later Matthew called and talked about the devotional and the word of wisdom.  Debbie and I had prayer together before going to bed.

 27 Nov 2024, Wednesday Priorit ized Daily Task 9:00 am - Bart, Bayland, and Wyatt helping to shovel snow in the driveway I was up at 6:30 am, had prayer, and got ready for the day.  It snowed last night and I shoveled snow from 9:30 am until Bart, Baylen, and Wyatt, my nephews, came at about 4 PM.  I did not stop except to eat. and take a few pictures.   Anndalyn Hobbs was the first to arrive with Camdon, Ellie, Audrey, Braddock, and Ocie.  She got about halfway up the drive.  The children and I took their luggage, games, and food up to the cabin.  I followed Anndalyn down to Timber Lakes' overnight parking and brought her back to the cabin.  George and Laura Gourley came with Clara and Allison.  I read and talked to George.   Camdon is putting his papers for his missions in January 2025.  Ryan, Stephanie, Abbie, Carter, Carter, Mackay, and Andrew Hobbs arrive at about 6:00 PM.  Kylie came up next.  She had...
