3:30 - appointment to remove filling and crown cracked eye tooth

I got up at 6 AM, had prayer, and got ready for the day.  Debbie stayed up late last night and got up at 7 AM.  We prayed together, and she got on the vibrating machine for 10 minutes, equivalent to an hour of walking.  Debbie went to her dental appointment at 8:50 AM.  I went to the Legacy Center and did some exercises and weights.  Later I ordered dental floss and electric toothbrush replacements on Amazon Prime which is supposed to be here on Wed. 25th before I drove to Thanksgiving Point Dental where Jami works as a hyginist and she cleaned my teeth after she had cleaned Debbie's.  They Xrayed my teeth and number 11 tooth, an eye tooth was loosing the filling and the tooth was cracked.  I made an appointment for 3:30 PM today to get it repaired.  I came back home about the time Debbie got back from grocery shopping.  I helped her unload the car and took the Tesla to Provo.  I had my hiking boots, water in a cambel back,  and hydration water I took with me to hike up to the top of the "Y" an elevation of 6,221 feet.  The elevation at the trail head is 5,148 ft.  I hiked up 1.22 miles an elevation of 1,072 feet.  It was a little hot today and I drank plenty of water.  It was after 12 noon when I started hiking and got back tat 3:25 PM for my appointment with Dr. Scott Stringham to prepare tooth #11 and make and install a temperory crown at 3:30 PM.  I was cutting it close but everything worked out very well.  I made an appointment in two weeks, October 9th Wednesday, at 9:40 AM.  Debbie called; she is taking Shirley Hobbs shopping.   She has a birthday in a couple of weeks.  She will be 95 years old.  Grandma Laura Smith McAlpin was 4 months, 2 weeks and a few day from being 95 when she died.  I had some fruit, soup, and chicken for dinner when I got home.  Debbie did not get home and eat until about 8 PM.  We watched a movie about Jessie Owens.  We had prayer together before going to bed about midnight

Note: The Book of Mormon a Marvelous Work and a Wonder, a Literary Masterpiece by Scott Christopher.  Two types of literature are discussed Chiasmas and Stylometry.  Shakespeare uses chiasmus in his plays to express tone and theme.  It was used by ancient Hebrew and Greek writers  in the Bible, Genesis, Matthew, and Luke.  It is also found in the Book of Mormon.  I have included information in some detail before about Christmas but the second, Stylometry, I have not mentioned.  Stylometry is the statistical analysis of variations in literary style between one writer or genre and another.  Dr. Paul J. Field, professor at Pennsylvania State University, and Gary A. Rendsburg, Ph.D in Jewish Studies at Rutgers University discussed statistical analysis of 19th century writers and the Book of Mormon with authors over a 1,000 year period of time.  A few of the 19th Century writer discussed were James Fenimore Cooper, Mark Twain, Jane Austin, Charles Dickins, that were literary genius.  In the Book of Mormon from Abinadi to Zenos there is more of a spread in variations than in all the 8 of the best known and rebound authors of the 19th century.    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gLBc1pJfows
