Debbie and I had prayer and I went to see Dr. Tyler Rawlins, OD, a follow-up visit for the surgery on my left eye for a cataract.  The assistant was the same I saw on Wednesday, September 11th, whose husband, Eric, served as a missionary in the ANM under President Field.  They tested the pressure on my left eye.  It was 32.  On my right eye the day after surgery it was 26.  The pressure today on the right eye, two weeks, after surgery is 8.  Dr. Rawlins up some drops in my left eye and before I left, the pressure had dropped to 26.   I came home and changed clothes and went to Great Clips and got my hair cut.  When I came home Debbie went to see Brad Gale, PA for her annual physical.  She had blood work done and scheduled appointments to see some specialists.  Later one of the sisters from the Relief Society came by to visit with her about the sisters she ministers to.  Debbie and I had brunch and studied scriptures.  Later I watched part of a TV series about the Old West.  I called and talked to Tate in the shoe department at REI sports store in Sandy.  I talked to Tate who works in the shoe department about shoes that fit and will not cause me to look a toe nail.  The boots I now have are so bad my toe nail on my big toes cut through the gel and was around my big toe when I took my boots off the other day.  I may lose my toenail.  Tate said the boots I have do not fit correctly.  Debbie went to check on and help Shirley Hobbs. She took Shirley to the mountains to see the leaves changing to bright colors.  I called and talked to Elain, my sister,  She told me about a program Ernie went to and the 9 week program with Dr. Dean Ornish she plans to go and want me and Debbie to come.  I cooked steak, baked potatoes, and made a salad for dinner.  Afterward, I went with Debbie to watch Porter play football at Lehi High School against Sky Ridge.  Brett called and sent a text.  His grandfather died and his funeral is Monday.  He wants to use one of our cars to drive up to Shellly, Idaho for the funeral.  Debbie and I had prayer before going to bed.
