Tate came with his dad and mowed the grass and Jackson and Cole came with Tate

I woke at 5:15 AM before my alarm went off.  I had prayer and got ready.  Debbie set her alarm to help me; it went off at 5:30 AM; she told me she was already awake and the alarm did not wake her.  She washed and folded Matt's clothes last night.  He was up and ready to go at 5:45 AM.  I went with him to the Provo Airport.  We had a good visit.  When I got home at 7 AM Debbie was getting ready to go to the temple.  I put on my church clothes and scheduled an appointment for us at 9 AM to do a proxy endowment session.  We ate breakfast, had prayer, and then drove to the temple.  We attended the 9 AM endowment session.  It was a live session, a missionary, and a couple.  Afterward, we came back home, and at about 3:30 PM Sarah with Dean Ornish company called and explained the 9-week program that Ernie went to a villa in CA but we are doing it online via Zoom.  I called to set an appointment with Brad Gale but he does not have an opening until the middle of November so the girl a Family Practice made me an appointment to see Clint Mower, DO the 8th of Oct at 11:45 AM.  I kept trying and finally preregistered at Lone Peake Surgery Center for Oct 10th.  Jared brought Tate and two of his friends over.  Tate mowed the grass and afterward, I paid him, catching up,  for his and his brother, Max's, work for the last month.  Debbie called and Lora and George invited us to dinner at a Japanese Steakhouse in Lehi.  When Debbie finished her walk with Jody she came by and picked me up to go to dinner.   Debbie and I met Lora, George, Jody, Graceon, Allison, and her friend, Clara, and Ellie at Temanyaki Restaurant, two or three miles from the house.  We had a very nice meal.  I received the monthly check from Jimmy Morris with and invitation A&M Investment Group annual meeting of members Nov 4th at 11:00 AM at the office of Stewart, Melvin, & Frost in the Hunt Towers, 200 Main St. SW, Suite 600, Gainesville, GA 30501.  I made the monthly deposit in my Wells Fargo checking account, transferred part of the money into my Regions checking account, and paid tithing, fast offering, etc for November 2024.  I studied scriptures, Debbie washed and dried towels and bed linen from downstairs for Beth and the Children tomorrow.  Later we had prayer together before going to bed.
