Prioritized Daily Task
Help Max drain his sprinkler lines for his yard
Get the reading glasses from Alex and give them to Max
Brunch at the Waffle House
Call Andy - question, does the Medicaid rate increase (for Rockmart) because of rebuilding will stay in effect perpetuity or for a certain number of years?
I slept in and had prayer before checking on Max. We worked on his sprinkler lines in his yard. Lines 1,2, 14, and 15 are on his house water lines and he is being charged a higher rate than for irrigation. We could not find the cutoff valve for them. We turned the water off to the sprinkler lines, 3-13, and drained the best we could. I called Debbie. She was leaving to go to the store with some of the children to get decorations to celebrate our dead ancestors. Debbie Kimball drove up to Rome and did some shopping. I tried to call Alex but got her answering machine. At 11:30 AM I called the motel office at Days Inn and had them dial the room. I woke them and told them I was going to the Waffle House. They said they wanted to go so Max and I picked them up and I started our fast and Max ended his at the Waffle House. Afterward, we took Max home and visited with him and Debbie. Alex, Carter, and I drove over to Cave Springs to see Drew and Jesica at Evergreens'. Drew is Linda's nephew. Linda and Debbie were best friends as young girls in Atlanta. Drew and Jessica were not working at the store today. We drove up to Darlington School and toured the campus. We met Hope Jones, the principal of the lower school. She gave us a tour of some of the buildings, the student center, and the library. Alex talked to her about the graduation software for schools and universities. Alex wanted Carter to see the home where her dad, Micahael, grew up. The same people live here as did when I came by with Debbie and some of the family before COVID. I talked to Andy Morris today. He fell again and broke some of his ribs. I took Alex and Carter to get a late lunch and start their fast for Cameron, Autumn's brother, with cancer, Samantha Goruley Traveller, Cooper Traveller, Carson Kimball, Will Kimball, and Earlton B. Youngblood. We got back to Max and Debbie's in Cedartown. Carter and Alex went for a run for about an hour or more. When they got back we watched the Georgia and Florida Football Game with Max and a Disney movie, That Darn Cat, with Debbie. I took them back to the Day Inn for Carter to study. I called Brett, my son-in-law. He is on his way from the Atlanta Airport to the Days Inn in Cedartown. I texted Debbie and she called. We had prayer together. We turn our clocks back an hour. With daylight savings time starting tonight (early tomorrow morning, Sunday, Nov. 3rd) we get to sleep an extra hour tonight. I had my personal prayer before going to bed.
