Prioritized Daily Task
9:00 am - Bart, Bayland, and Wyatt helping to shovel snow in the driveway
I was up at 6:30 am, had prayer, and got ready for the day. It snowed last night and I shoveled snow from 9:30 am until Bart, Baylen, and Wyatt, my nephews, came at about 4 PM. I did not stop except to eat. and take a few pictures. Anndalyn Hobbs was the first to arrive with Camdon, Ellie, Audrey, Braddock, and Ocie. She got about halfway up the drive. The children and I took their luggage, games, and food up to the cabin. I followed Anndalyn down to Timber Lakes' overnight parking and brought her back to the cabin. George and Laura Gourley came with Clara and Allison. I read and talked to George. Camdon is putting his papers for his missions in January 2025. Ryan, Stephanie, Abbie, Carter, Carter, Mackay, and Andrew Hobbs arrive at about 6:00 PM. Kylie came up next. She had to work until 3:30 PM. Ryan followed up back down the hill after she unloaded her luggage. She parked in the overnight parking down near the Timber Lakes Office. Earlier today Debbie had me take the mouse trap out empty it. In the trap was a chipmunk, not a mouse, both are rodents. The children and grandchildren played games. Debbie cooked dinner for everyone. Tyler, Samantha "SAM", and Jocie Traveller arrived after 8 PM and Patrick Hobbs was the last one. He came after work. Tyler took the old facet out of the kitchen sink but the new one he brought had the wrong size connectors for the hot and cold water lines. The children played and the adults watched, Dancing with the Stars on TV. Debbie told me there is something dead in the garage downstairs. I can not smell; I took Abby and Kylie. We did not find any dead animals but the trash in the plastic bag and container was giving off an odor the girls told me. I found the lid and put on the container. We had family prayer and got ready for bed. Debbie was sick and spent time in the bathroom. We had prayer together and I let her have the full-sized bed. Last night we were in the king-sized bed. I tossed and turned and kept her awake. I slept in the family room on the couch. The teenage granddaughters slept on air mattresses upstairs. They talked, giggled, and laughed but I finally went to sleep even with the noise. I had my personal prayer; Debbie thinks she may have a kidney stone. It was after midnight before everyone was asleep.
