1:30 pm - Happy Valley Exteriors will take down outside Christmas lights -Damon Stattler (385-325-8603 or 208-794-3096) from Happy Valley Exteriors came out and took down the Christmas lights and wreaths.
Make reservations on Allegiant or Breeze Airline to fly to SNA on March 16th and return to Provo on March 26th
12 Noon - Debbie having lunch with Linda and Nancy whom she taught school with
2:00 pm - appointment for treatment from Libby

I slept in, had prayer, showered, and had prayer with Debbie, I weighed this morning and took my blood glucose. I weighed 185 pounds and my blood glucose reading was 93. I did not have to get up during the night to go to the bathroom. My prostate would appear to be working well and my blood sugar levels are at a normal range now. The bone density test showed at a normal range and the ultrasound test showed the size of my hernia in my stomach at 1.3 cm. or 0.51 inch. Bradford Gale PA wanted to refer me to a surgeon for consultation on repairing the hernia. I have a belt or griddle that holds it in when I am swimming or without a shirt and I don't want it to be gross to the small children. I am not interested in having surgery again to repair the hernia. I made flight reservations to travel to Orange County in March to celebrate Michael and Beth's birthdays. Damon Stattler (385-325-8603 or 208-794-3096) from Happy Valley Exteriors came out and took down the Christmas lights and wreaths. I showed him the permanent outdoor lights and told him about my wife falling off her mother's house while cleaning the leaves off the roof and I do not want to fall. He said he and his friend who has been putting lights up longer than he has will text me about putting up the permanent lights. There is 136 feet of electrical wiring but only 116 feet of lights he is taking down today. I need to paint another 30 feet; I have 106 feet I have painted. I read and watched TV while Debbie was having lunch with her friends from school. Michael called and helped me get my Region's Bank account to bypass Alur security software where I can pay bills. I need to always remember when traveling to enable Alur software especially when traveling in airports and need or want to get on the internet. Later I watched and listened to Leo Tolstoy's Biography by his daughter Alexandra. She was 86 years old in the video and ran the Tolstoy Foundation not far from New York City. The foundation helped immigrants from Eastern Europe. Debbie got home from having lunch with her friends she worked with at American Heritage School and getting her eyelashes done by Libby Traveller. Later in the evening we had dinner and watched about half of a documentary on the War of 1812. Jody called and talked to her mother. Afterward, we had prayer and went to bed.
