Prioritized Daily Task

Tommy McKinnery's 69th birthday (I called yesterday)

Knutsons are in charge of the church at Abbington Memory Center today

I slept in, had prayer, showered, and shaved.  I called and texted Debbie at 8:30 am but she was already in church.  When everyone was ready we went to church at 10:30 am.  Maggie and a few other young women sang in the sacrament meeting.  I attended Priesthood, Beth went to Relief Society, Andrew went to Primary, and Tucker and Maggie attended their youth meeting (Young Men and Young Women).  After church, I talked to Brother Kennedy and his wife Terry.  I sat beside Brother Murdock in Priesthood.  Matthew, Ava, Bella, and her friend, Kylie picked me up from church.  Melodie took Madeline and Vickey earlier to Ananeim for Madeline's cheer tournament.  They went on stage at about 4:20 pm.  After all Madeline's competition bracket finished they had the awards presentation for them.  The building or room we were in looked like it was full.  I guess there were over 1,000 young girls on the floor.  The parents and family sit in the bleacher seats.  The California All Stars, Ruthless, Madeline's team, placed third.  Their coach told them yesterday before they went on stage that they are not going to the nationals.  Matthew and Melodie did not think that was a wise thing to tell the young girls they are not going to the national competition.   This may be the last year Matthew and Melodie put Madeline in this cheer competition.  I don't think it would bother Madeline in the least.   We drove back to Michael and Autumn's in San Clemente for a party.  Gavin's friend, J.J. was there.  Gavin and him are close.  There were about 4 or 5 other friends Gavin invited.  Blake, Gracie and others were there.  Alex and Carter were in school at BYU and not here.  Michael found the videos of Me, Ora, and Elain that Dan made and Michael edited.  He gave a copy to Eric.  I rode home with Beth, Tucker, Maggie, and Andrew.  We had prayer together before going to bed.  I tried to call Debbie but she was asleep.  I sent her a text and left her a message.

 21 Jun 2024, Friday Priorit ized Daily Task  St Peter Port, Quersney 10:30 pm - David Knight, H ypnotist in Coral Theather (Eric was part of the group to be hypnotised)  I was up at 5 am, had prayer, got dressed, and went down to the 6th deck at 5:40 am.  There were 3 or 4 people already waiting to get the first tender tickets for their families to get off the boat this morning.  The Royal Caribbean crew started giving out tickets before 6 am.  I got 12 tickets, came back to our cabin, and went back to bed.  Later when Debbie was getting ready to meet our group and before she left, we had prayer together.  The family went to breakfast and I slept until everyone was getting on the tender to so in to the Island of Guernsey.  27 Mar 2024, Wednesday Priorit ized Daily Task 11am - Dermatologist, James Macdonald in Lehi 5 pm - Debbie is taking Max to dinner for his birthday We slept in, had prayer, showered, and shaved.  I tried calling the phone number that called me yesterday evening regarding my lost suitcase by Allegiant Airlines but it was someone's personal phone number that works for Allegiant who was working from home.  I called Allegiant Airline for lost luggage at (866) 719-3910.  Their office does not open until 9 AM PST. Later Debbie and I had prayer and I went to see Dr. Macdonald.  I worked on information for the meeting with Matt McCleary on April 1st.  I went with Debbie to take Max to In and Out for fries and milkshake and then to a movie for his 10th birthday.  Afterward, we took him home.  His dad, Jared Hobbs, and brother Jack were home.  I called the main office of Allegiant Airlines for Baggage claims at 866-719-3910.  They told ...

 27 Jul 2024, Saturday Priorit ized Daily Task  6 pm - take Debbie, Tylee, Jami, and Libby to SLC Airport to catch a flight  to LAX at 8:05 pm and then to Fiji Airlines  on Jet Blue Airline Note:  “God gathers, Satan divides, and Christ unites” Note:  (This is a story I have kept for years.  It has a moral, and I hope it has meaning to you)  Our house was directly across the street from the clinic entrance of Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. We lived downstairs and rented the upstairs rooms to outpatients at the clinic. One summer evening as I was fixing supper, there was a knock at the door. I opened it to see a truly awful-looking man. “Why, he’s hardly taller than my eight-year-old,” I thought as I stared at the stooped, shriveled body. But the appalling thing was his face; it was lopsided from swelling and scarred, red, and raw. Yet his voice was pleasant as he said, “Good evening.
