I was up at 7:30 am, got a good night's sleep, had prayer, and organized the day. Debbie is still sick with a coughing cold and did not sleep well. We had prayer together when she got up. I called Ken Garff Chev Body Shop again, no answer, so I left a message. I called Natalie, she is taking time off because of a divorce. She told me Alpha Graphics is printing a new book for me. They will use the old one for a display of the white with gold lettering hardcover. I tried to call Dusty Silvester again and got a text message that I had the wrong number. I tried calling Brad Gale's office again. No one answered so I left a message about the Lifeline Screening lab report. It does not match up with any of my other lab reports on Glucose so I don't know how accurate it is on the other things they measured. I spent the morning trying to find someplace that does Ceramic Clear Coating. The Dodge dealership at Ken Garff gave me the name. of Britt Stokes Detailing in Lindon who used to work for them but has opened his own shop. I called him at 801-916-6572 and took the Tesla down to him. Haden, who works for Brett, took me back home. I got the silver package, about $750, with a 5 to 7-year guarantee. It will be ready to pick up Saturday morning but will take 2 weeks to completely cure. I am to bring the car back after that for the first wash with the new clear coat. I stopped at the grocery store and got some semisweet chocolate bars for Debbie to make a lave cake tonight. I went to the Legacy Center and exercised some. I got an email with A&M's K-1, Form 1065 from Jimmy Morris. I called Andy Morris and got the totals for Rental income from Cason Road and Gateway Nursing Homes for 2024. Our neighbors, Dan, May, and four of their boys came over to dinner with Dan's father, Ron, and his mother, Alisa, for dinner this evening. Ron's father, Gary Hammond, from Douglasville, Georgia was a very good friend of mine. Gary was an excellent stake missionary and had a spirit that could reach and touch people in a way that only the Holy Ghost could work with in teaching people the fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He was accused of some bad things by his stepdaughter. I did not get involved but did not believe the things he was accused of. Nothing was proven and he was eventually exonerated. Debbie had chicken pot pie and shepherd's pie for dinner and chocolate lava cake and vanilla ice cream for dessert. After everyone left we washed the pots, and pans, and loaded the dishwasher. Debbie and I had prayer and got to bed about 11 pm.
L-R, Dan, Bryce, Ron, Alisa, Gabriel holding Allie, May in red, Charlie, Leonard and Debbie
