Prioritized Daily Task 

4:30 pm - Visit Dave Haygood at Monument Health, 460 w 2650 s, Bountiful, UT

I got 8 hours of sleep and woke refreshed.  I don't use an alarm clock except on special and exceptional occasions.  I had prayer, showered and started my day.  I weighed and was 183.4 pounds.  My blood sugar was 119 mg/dl.  It should be around 95.  I worked on cleaning files and making more space in a file drawer.  I at a late lunch and drove up to the Monument Health Nursing Home and visited Dave Haygood.  His wife Jennifer comes un in the afternoon and evening and visits.  I got to see and talk to both of them.  I got home and fill the garbage container with the rest of the limbs Philippi and Hosa, my neighbors helped me cut that were starting to get on our roof from the tree in their yard.  I tried to call Debbie in Fiji but she did not answer.  I left a message before going back to work and organizing and cleaning our files.  I sent Dan the bill I received from Brian. Hudson the plumber who did the back-flow test at the cabin in Heber.  I got a call from Rae Lynn.  She had picked Etan up from his humanitarian trip to help after the hurricane hit the Philippines and I got to talk to both of them.  Alex called and she and her Dad, Michael, are driving up tomorrow.  While working on files this week I found a folder of pictures and information of when Debbie and I took Karlene, Debbie's sister, to Nepal and India in September and October 2019.  Our tour agency was Golden Triangle Tours but we never traveled in the Golden Triangle, Burma, Los, and Thailand.  I thnk I would like to go and take Debbie someday.  I had prayer and went to bed before 11 pm.
