7:30 PM - temple interview at the stake center with President Trey Orsak

7:45 PM - Debbie and I, dinner with Michael, and Alex at Aubergine's

Whitney.                                             I have been looking for this quote by Orson Whitney for a long time because of the Savior's admonition, "be of good cheer", John 16:33.  Then in 3 Ne 17, The Savior teaches us how to communicate, "recognize their emotions, explore their story, attend to their deeper needs, and then lift".  Never let a problem to be solved become more important than a person to be loved.

Debbie was up at 6:15 AM, got ready, and drove to her weight training class at 7 AM.  I got up at 7 AM, had prayer, showered, shaved, and got ready for the day.  I called Dr. Clint Mower with additional information, about dragging my left foot, and help with my balance before and after hernia surgery, for help from a physical therapist.  Debbie fixed brunch and I studied scriptures and read.  Later Debbie went to see Dr. Frazili.  This evening I went to an appointment with the Stake President, Trey Orsak, to get my temple recommend interview completed.  Michael, and Alex picked Debbie up and went to Aubergine's restaurant in Lehi.  After my temple interview I met them.  We had a nice meal; Alex took a plate back to Carter who is studying for an exam tomorrow morning.   Debbie and I brought Michael back home with us and he got on the vibrating platform and the vibrating chair downstairs.  I stayed with him while he was on business calls and talked to Matthew.  I showed him the email I plan to send to Jimmy Morris about A&M's board meeting on Nov. 4th next month.  Alex said she and Carter would like to go to the meeting with me.  Debbie and I had prayer.

 29 Jan 2024, Monday Priorit ized Daily Task Deposit monthly check and pay Royal Carbiabann  for two trips this year 11:00 am - Haircut at Great Clips in Lehi Exercise at Legacy Center Michael and Autumn at the house in Lehi at 2:30 pm 7:41 PM - Pick Debbie up at SLC Airport; she and Karlene return from "SAC" Sacramento, CA to SLC  they fly in on Delta flight 768     I got up at 4:30 a.m., had prayer, dressed, collected all the trash and garbage in the house, and took it out to the street.  I still need help to download my 2023 blogger journal in a format to be printed.  I worked on paying Royal Caribbean Cruise Line for two trips this summer.  I paid the remaining balance for the Rayan Caribbean cruise and Air2Sea on May 5th-12th, 2024 for Madeline, Bella, Maggie, Owen, Debbie, and me, $37.484.01.  I used the Capital One Visa card for $25,000 and my Citi Visa card for $12,484.01.  I still have the cruise on Jewell of the Sea sailing Jun. 11th-23rd.  It was booked through Exp

 6 Jan 2024, Saturday Priorit ized Daily Task Blake McAlpin's 18th Birthday Pat and Anndalyn Hobbs' 18th Wedding Anniversary Note:  I got up at 7 a.m. and had my personal prayer,  I sent Blake a happy birthday text and Pat and Anndalyn a happy anniversary text.  Debbie took Allison Gourley to lunch and shopping for her 13th birthday, which will be Thursday, Jan. 11th.  I finished 2023 Thoughts and Quotes from my journal but need help from StoryWorth in getting it printed.  I worked on getting information ready for the accountant for our 2023 taxes, (IRS and GA, UT, and ID). I read some in Sandra Hadley's book, Treee of Life, and Debbie fixed dinner,  I called and talked to Dan Truitt.  I put next week's layout for my Google calendar and talke with Royal Carabbian customer service about getting Melodie in the water park and giving Maaggie and bella mine and Debbie's passes to the water park.  I had some questions about the beverage package included with the Magic Gen
