I slept in, and Debbie went early to Clara's softball games. She got home, we had prayer together and watched the first session of the 194th Semiannual General Conference.  President Henry B. Erying conducted.  President Russell M. Nelson watched it from home.  Elder Neil A. Anderson, second speaker, talked about hope and joy.  He told about his grand son, Tray, who died after a heart transplant. The Young Women's General President spoke next.  David B. Homer quoted Elder Dieter F. Uchtdorf, "Doubt your doubts before you doubt your faith!"  In the afternoon session, Elder Gerrit W. Gong conducted the second session.  David K. Buckner talked about how the religious leaders of the N.Y. Community came together during COVID-19.  Elder Aroldo B. Cavalcante from northeast Brazil at a community event, a 93-year-old resident asks her to marry her.  He told her that he was already married to that beautiful young lady over there.  The old woman said it is "OK, she is young, beautiful, and can get married again."  President Nelson, in a wheelchair, and his wife, Windy, attended the second session of conference today.   I talked to Debie earlier about making plans to attend an A&M Investment members meeting next month.  I checked on flights from Provo to Atlanta and called Max and Debbie.  They want to know when I am coming.  I hope I can go earlier and check on the dates of Memorial Day and all-day singing at Pleasant Hill in GA and Bethal in Alabama.   I would also enjoy attending the Atlanta Temple.  Debbie got home from Allison's tennis tournament.  Allison won first place in singles.  I called Regions Bank again today but they were closed.  Debbie cooked dinner and we ate while watching the 3rd session of today's conference.  We got a text from Beth at 7:30 PM as she was taking off from John Wayne, Orange County Airport.
