Prioritized Daily Task

8:00 AM - help set up chairs in the church building

9:00 AM - Lehi 7th Ward Sacrament meeting

10:00 AM - Church at Abbington Memory Center

1:00 PM - Drive up to Twin Falls and spend the night with Tony and Jody

I was up at 6 a.m. I let Debbie sleep. She was up late with Kylee watching the BYU and Utah football game and waiting for Shelby to get home.  Jake Retzlaff engineered two fourth-quarter scoring drives and Will Ferrin kicked a 44-yard field with four seconds remaining to keep No. 9 BYU's unbeaten season alive with a 22-21 win over Utah on Saturday night.  I had prayer, showered, and shaved.  I packed last night for our trip to see Jody, Tony, and some of their family tomorrow.  I went to our ward building at 8:05 AM to set up chairs in the overflow.  Two fire trucks were in the parking lot.  The gas furnace came on this morning at 7 AM and the C02 alarm went off.  The gas company also came out.  Everything was OK and we had church services starting at 9:00 AM.  After the chairs were set up in the overflow, Relief Society, and Priesthood I came home and picked Debbie up.  We had half of and an english muffin with honey and peanut butter that we ate on the way to church.  After Sacrament Meeting Debbie and I went over to Abbington Memory Center at 10:00 AM to make sure the building was arranged for church services.  Services started at 10:30 AM and ended at 11:00 AM.  We had help putting the chairs, podium, and table up.  We drove the Tesla this morning but will be driving the Outback to Twin Falls this afternoon.  I filled it with gas yesterday.  When we got home from church, Debbie fixed lunch and I cleaned the dishes, and packed the Subaru Outback. We rode up to Tony and Jody's for Grayson's 1st birthday.  Tony, being the Bishop, worked late at church for tithing settlement settlement.  David Detwellier was one of the first to arrive, then Jeff, Little Jody, and two of the children Reggy and Molly May.  Their other two children are sick and did not come.  Mike and Brenda came and brought Grandma Shirleen Traveller, Tony, Mike, and Little Jody's mother.

 21 Jun 2024, Friday Priorit ized Daily Task  St Peter Port, Quersney 10:30 pm - David Knight, H ypnotist in Coral Theather (Eric was part of the group to be hypnotised)  I was up at 5 am, had prayer, got dressed, and went down to the 6th deck at 5:40 am.  There were 3 or 4 people already waiting to get the first tender tickets for their families to get off the boat this morning.  The Royal Caribbean crew started giving out tickets before 6 am.  I got 12 tickets, came back to our cabin, and went back to bed.  Later when Debbie was getting ready to meet our group and before she left, we had prayer together.  The family went to breakfast and I slept until everyone was getting on the tender to so in to the Island of Guernsey.  28 Jul 2024, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Task  8 am - set up chairs at Lehi 7th Ward Building 9 am - Sacrament meeting Lehi 7th Ward 10:15 am - Church at Abbington Memory Center I did not set an alarm but woke at 7 am refreshed.  My internal clock wakes me when I have got 7 to 8 hours of sleep.  I had my personal prayer, made the bed, got dressed, and was at the church building before 8 am.  I started setting up chairs in the overflow.  The first to arrive was brother Gary Pyne.   He has been a counselor in the Elder's Quorum Presidency but was released to serve on the stake high council.  When his meeting with the stake presidency and high council was finished he came over to the Lehi 7th Ward and helped me.  Later other brothers and some wives arrived.  We finished setting up chairs for the overflow, the Priesthood, the primary room, and the Relief Society room.  We were finished by 8:50 am.  Our new stake president ...

 27 Mar 2024, Wednesday Priorit ized Daily Task 11am - Dermatologist, James Macdonald in Lehi 5 pm - Debbie is taking Max to dinner for his birthday We slept in, had prayer, showered, and shaved.  I tried calling the phone number that called me yesterday evening regarding my lost suitcase by Allegiant Airlines but it was someone's personal phone number that works for Allegiant who was working from home.  I called Allegiant Airline for lost luggage at (866) 719-3910.  Their office does not open until 9 AM PST. Later Debbie and I had prayer and I went to see Dr. Macdonald.  I worked on information for the meeting with Matt McCleary on April 1st.  I went with Debbie to take Max to In and Out for fries and milkshake and then to a movie for his 10th birthday.  Afterward, we took him home.  His dad, Jared Hobbs, and brother Jack were home.  I called the main office of Allegiant Airlines for Baggage claims at 866-719-3910.  They told ...
