Drive back from Twin Falls to Lehi

Plant the Tulip bulbs in the yard at home

It is difficult for a family breadwinner to balance work and family, but I have never known anyone who, at the end of their life, to look back and says, "I never spent enough time at work."

Movie, "T.C. Christian Escape from Germany". Young Missionary, Elder Barnes, to US Consultant General in Poland, We have been informed by our Church President that in 3 days the German Army will invade Poland.  The US Consultant replied our US Military has the finest intelligence in the world and there is no indication of an immediate invasion by the German army.  With all due respect sir, we believe President Heber J. Grant has a better source of intelligence than the US Military.                                          2 Kings 6: 8-20, .....O king, Elisha, the prophet that is in Israel, telleth the king of Israel the words that thou speakest in thy bedchamber.......     The king of Syria was at war with Israel; the Prophet at that time was Elisha.  The Prophet in World War 2 was Heber J. Grant.

I was up before 6:30 AM.  I had prayer and let Debbie sleep.  Tony got up early and went to work.  I listened to some come follow me, Mormon 7-9.  I received an email this morning with the minutes of A&M Investment board meeting on Monday, Nov. 4th of this year.  I forwarded the minutes to Michael, Matthew, and Brett.  Debbie and Jody got up and cooked breakfast, and Jody gave us some of Shelby's clothes and banana nut bread to take back.  Debbie and I left Twin Falls at about 10:30 AM and got home in Lehi at about 1:30 PM.  We worked until 6 PM planting tulips.  The Christmas outdoor light flickered but did not come on.  I checked the outlet and Goove software app on my cell phone has a strong signal but the Goove app shows it does not have any signal.  Debbie and I rented and watched the movie, Escape from Germany.  The Lord's hand was definitely in the missionaries' escape.  Debbie and I had prayer before going to bed at 10:30 PM.

 27 Nov 2024, Wednesday Priorit ized Daily Task 9:00 am - Bart, Bayland, and Wyatt helping to shovel snow in the driveway I was up at 6:30 am, had prayer, and got ready for the day.  It snowed last night and I shoveled snow from 9:30 am until Bart, Baylen, and Wyatt, my nephews, came at about 4 PM.  I did not stop except to eat. and take a few pictures.   Anndalyn Hobbs was the first to arrive with Camdon, Ellie, Audrey, Braddock, and Ocie.  She got about halfway up the drive.  The children and I took their luggage, games, and food up to the cabin.  I followed Anndalyn down to Timber Lakes' overnight parking and brought her back to the cabin.  George and Laura Gourley came with Clara and Allison.  I read and talked to George.   Camdon is putting his papers for his missions in January 2025.  Ryan, Stephanie, Abbie, Carter, Carter, Mackay, and Andrew Hobbs arrive at about 6:00 PM.  Kylie came up next.  She had...
