10:30 AM - Miracle-Ear appointment in Lehhi

I got up at 6 AM, had prayer, studied scriptures, and read until Debbie got up.  We had pryer together and she cooked breakfast, egg, with avocado toast, and cream of wheat cereal. I went to my Miracle Eea Hearing Aid appointment and saw Paul Thurston at the Lehi Office, 179 N. 1200 E. Suite 103 who cleaned my hearing aids and showed me how to adjust them. The right ear hearing aid adjusts the volume by pushing the top button once and wait, to turn it higher pushed the top button once again.  When you reach the 7th click,  waiting a second between each click you will hear ding.  To turn it down from the top to the bottom is 11 clicks waiting a second between each click reaching the bottom.  At the top, center, and bottom of the volume control, you hear a ding.                                               The left ear hearing aid controls the programming.  There are two programs, one is for normal conditions the second is for noise areas.  You can press the top or bottom button once and wait for a second and it will ding.  To change it back is simple, just push one of the buttons and wait a second for it to ding.                                                                                    To turn it off and on press either button in both ears and hold for 3 to 5 seconds and you will hear a ding or music.  Putting the hearing aids in the charger automatically turns them off and putting them in your ears automatically turns them on.                                                                       After leaving Thurston's office I went to the Legacy Center.  I lifted weights and exercised for 45 minutes to an hour.  I called and talked to Matthew.  He is getting someone to keep the snow plowed at the cabin this winter.  He has someone to keep the Cedrtown Cason Road old nursing home yard mowed and clean until we sell or do something with it.  I read some in Hidden in the Heavens by Jason Sgteffen.  NASA had asked and accepted him to be a member of the Kepler Space Team.  For a fleeting moment, he was the only person in the world to analyze the timing of variations in the transit epochs caused by the mutual gravitational interactions of planets, the kind of data that the Kepler telescope would produce.  Debbie ordered some Cardo Miracle, a Nitric Oxide supplement for both of us.  The Nobel Assembly at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden, awarded the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for Nitric Oxide in 1998 to Robert F Furchgotts and two other North Americans.   Debbie cooked dinner and I cleaned the kitchen.  I went back to working on my Notes for 2024 and Debbie watched TV.  We studied scriptures earlier today and I read some in Hidden in the Heavens.  Debbie and I had prayer together before going to bed.

 21 Jun 2024, Friday Priorit ized Daily Task  St Peter Port, Quersney 10:30 pm - David Knight, H ypnotist in Coral Theather (Eric was part of the group to be hypnotised)  I was up at 5 am, had prayer, got dressed, and went down to the 6th deck at 5:40 am.  There were 3 or 4 people already waiting to get the first tender tickets for their families to get off the boat this morning.  The Royal Caribbean crew started giving out tickets before 6 am.  I got 12 tickets, came back to our cabin, and went back to bed.  Later when Debbie was getting ready to meet our group and before she left, we had prayer together.  The family went to breakfast and I slept until everyone was getting on the tender to so in to the Island of Guernsey.  28 Jul 2024, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Task  8 am - set up chairs at Lehi 7th Ward Building 9 am - Sacrament meeting Lehi 7th Ward 10:15 am - Church at Abbington Memory Center I did not set an alarm but woke at 7 am refreshed.  My internal clock wakes me when I have got 7 to 8 hours of sleep.  I had my personal prayer, made the bed, got dressed, and was at the church building before 8 am.  I started setting up chairs in the overflow.  The first to arrive was brother Gary Pyne.   He has been a counselor in the Elder's Quorum Presidency but was released to serve on the stake high council.  When his meeting with the stake presidency and high council was finished he came over to the Lehi 7th Ward and helped me.  Later other brothers and some wives arrived.  We finished setting up chairs for the overflow, the Priesthood, the primary room, and the Relief Society room.  We were finished by 8:50 am.  Our new stake president ...

 27 Mar 2024, Wednesday Priorit ized Daily Task 11am - Dermatologist, James Macdonald in Lehi 5 pm - Debbie is taking Max to dinner for his birthday We slept in, had prayer, showered, and shaved.  I tried calling the phone number that called me yesterday evening regarding my lost suitcase by Allegiant Airlines but it was someone's personal phone number that works for Allegiant who was working from home.  I called Allegiant Airline for lost luggage at (866) 719-3910.  Their office does not open until 9 AM PST. Later Debbie and I had prayer and I went to see Dr. Macdonald.  I worked on information for the meeting with Matt McCleary on April 1st.  I went with Debbie to take Max to In and Out for fries and milkshake and then to a movie for his 10th birthday.  Afterward, we took him home.  His dad, Jared Hobbs, and brother Jack were home.  I called the main office of Allegiant Airlines for Baggage claims at 866-719-3910.  They told ...
