Prioritized Daily Task
9:00 AM - PT 680 E. Main St. Suite 101
Debbie and I had prayer together; I showered and shaved before driving to Professional Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine. I saw Jonathan Jacobsen, MPT, and several assistants. They worked on helping me not drag my feet when I walk. Others do not notice it but I do. The second issue is that my knees hurt when I hike down hills for long distances. I have a follow-up appointment Tuesday, Nov. 12th at 2:45 PM. Afterward, I went up to Urgent Care and saw Sonya Spencer, N.P. about inflammation in my chest and throat. I did not have a fever so she suggested I take Mucinex, an over-the-counter drug, to help dry up the phlegm. I did not have time to go to the Legacy Center to exercise. I drove home and picked Debbie up; we met Joe L. and Karlene, Debbie's sister, and celebrated Joe L.'s birthday which is coming up soon. We had a nice meal at Leatherby's Family Creamery in Taylorsville. Matthew and Melodie called. I got a text from Jimmy Morris confirming he is sending a LOI to sell Janie and Nancy's interest in A&M Investments. Debbie and came back home. I tried calling Jason Plow to make sure the driveway at the cabin in Timber Lakes Heber UT is cleared of snow the week of Thanksgiving. I called 3 times and never got him. Debbie and I watched on TV downstairs, the 2023 movie, One Life, which tells the true story of Sir Nicholas Winton, a London stockbroker who helped Jewish children escape Nazi-occupied Czechoslovakia in the 1930s. Some of the grandchildren are coming over tomorrow evening to watch the BYU and Utah football game on TV. It took some time hunting and calling Xfinity to find that it can be seen on ESPN+ at 8:15 PM in the living room and ESP HD channel 668 at 8:00 PM tomorrow, Nov 9th. I received in the mail and read some in Jason Steffen's book, Hidden in the Heavens. Jason is married to Max and Debbie Kimball's daughter, Faith. He is an American astrophysicist, professor of physics and astronomy, and a former scientist at NASA's Kepler space mission. Debbie and I had prayer together before going to bed.
