 30 Nov 2024, Saturday Priorit ized Daily Task Children and grandchildren leaving the cabin in Timber Lakes going home strip, wash, dry, beds, and towels etc. We got to bed at about 12:30 AM and the baby and children woke before 8 AM.  Debbie got up and started setting food out for breakfast.  I had personal prayer and later Debbie and I had prayer together.  Anndalynn and Stephanie stayed with their family after breakfast and helped clean the cabin.  I helped some, read, and watched football today.  27 Nov 2024, Wednesday Priorit ized Daily Task 9:00 am - Bart, Bayland, and Wyatt helping to shovel snow in the driveway I was up at 6:30 am, had prayer, and got ready for the day.  It snowed last night and I shoveled snow from 9:30 am until Bart, Baylen, and Wyatt, my nephews, came at about 4 PM.  I did not stop except to eat. and take a few pictures.   Anndalyn Hobbs was the first to arrive with Camdon, Ellie, Audrey, Braddock, and Ocie.  She got about halfway up the drive.  The children and I took their luggage, games, and food up to the cabin.  I followed Anndalyn down to Timber Lakes' overnight parking and brought her back to the cabin.  George and Laura Gourley came with Clara and Allison.  I read and talked to George.   Camdon is putting his papers for his missions in January 2025.  Ryan, Stephanie, Abbie, Carter, Carter, Mackay, and Andrew Hobbs arrive at about 6:00 PM.  Kylie came up next.  She had...

 24 Nov 2024, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Task Bojana Jelicic's Birthday 8 AM - help set chairs up for meetings in our ward building 9 AM - Sacrament Meeting in Lehi 7th Ward 10:30 AM - Church services at Abbington Memory Center I was up at 6:30 AM, had prayer, showered, shaved, and got ready to set up chairs in our ward building.  Debbie got up before I left and we had prayer together.  Brother Gary Pyne came early and helped with the chairs.  When the ward council finished meeting with the bishopric more came in to help.   I came back home to pick Debbie up.  We each had a glass of Cardio nitric oxide powered supplement drink with toast and avocado toast for breakfast.   We attended sacrament meeting David and Sister Hess who moved into our ward a few weeks ago spoke.  After the meeting Debbie and I drove to Abbington Memory Center.  Cranberry Farms provided priesthood for the meeting.  A young teacher, age about 14, whose...

 22 Nov 2024, Friday Priorit ized Daily Task 1:45 PM - Physical Therapy appointment I was up at 6:30 AM, had prayer, and let Debbie sleep.  Later we had prayer together.  I received an LOI, Letter of Intent, from Jimmy Morris that A&M Investment and Janie Morris Dunman will sell their interest in the 3 nursing homes, Flouyd, Gateway, and Friendship, in Georga.  I sent a copy of Michael, Matthew, Melodie, Autumn, and Brett.  I helped Debbie get things together to take up to the cabin this weekend for our Thanksgiving family get-together next week.  I called David back with customer service at Cardio Miracle, a nitric oxide supplement.  He called to see how Debbie and I are doing taking Cardio Miracle.  It is difficult to know much since we have only take it since Nov. 16th, a week.  But my Apple watch that monitors my sleep showed I got the best night's sleep score I have ever recorded, 859.  SleepWatch  Scores range from 1–...

 21 Nov 2024, Thursday Priorit ized Daily Task 7:00 AM - Debbie's weight training class 11:15 AM - Saratoga Springs Temple endowment proxy appointment 1:30 PM - Saratoga Springs Temple endowment proxy appointment 4:00 PM - Saratoga Springs Temple initiatory proxy appointment Tylee Hobb's 19th Birthday Debbie was up at 6 AM and went to her weight training class.  I got up at about 7 AM, had prayer, got ready, and went to the temple at 10:30 AM.  Debbie and I did two endowment sessions and one initiatory session.
